To be eligible to register an account and use the bed666 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use — corporate, trust, or nominee registrations are not permitted;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of bed666 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bed666 Platform or been subject to a permanent account suspension;
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

bed666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Accepted documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by bed666 will result in the temporary suspension of the account pending verification, and may result in permanent closure where verification cannot be completed.

Where bed666 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage use will be forfeited and any deposits made during that period may be returned to the funding source, subject to applicable law and the discretion of bed666.

bed666 supports and promotes responsible gambling. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. If you suspect a minor is using the Platform, please contact the support team at [email protected] immediately.

The bed666 Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in BDT. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are determined by your account verification tier and the payment method used; specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the cashier section of the Platform. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within 60 seconds of a successful mobile money transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available balance minus any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements;
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or consistent with, the primary deposit method on the account, subject to bed666's AML obligations;
• Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Mobile banking withdrawals are typically completed within 10 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are completed within 24 hours of approval;
• bed666 does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees — please consult your bKash, Nagad, or bank terms for details;
• bed666 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

Deposits made to the Platform are non-refundable once credited to the account and used for wagering. In cases of deposit error or technical malfunction, players must contact the support team within 48 hours of the affected transaction. bed666 will investigate all such claims and, where a genuine error is confirmed, take remedial action in accordance with its internal dispute resolution procedure.

All games and sports markets available on the bed666 Platform are operated in accordance with the specific rules of each game or market, as published in the help or rules section of the relevant game or sports betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.

With respect to casino games:

• All casino games hosted on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the game information panel;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the round in progress will be settled according to the outcome recorded on the server at the time of disconnection. bed666 is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface before play commences.

With respect to sports betting:

• All sports odds are expressed as decimal odds unless a player selects an alternative format in their account settings;
• Bets are accepted subject to the available market limits displayed at the time of bet placement. bed666 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at its sole discretion;
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. bed666 makes no guarantee that live markets will remain available throughout any given event;
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or replayed, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific settlement rules published on the sports betting rules page. Cricket matches (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures) are subject to DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method settlement where rain or interruptions reduce the number of overs played;
• bed666 will not be held responsible for errors in published odds arising from obvious typographical errors or data feed malfunctions. In such cases, bed666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

You may request the closure of your bed666 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bed666 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure, provided there are no outstanding verification requirements, pending investigations, or active wagering requirements on bonus funds.

bed666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below);
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Where continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of games or markets.

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Before applying a dormancy fee, bed666 will send a notification to the registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through the account settings panel or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of 6 months and up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. bed666's liability to a player whose account has been closed shall be limited to the return of any real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to bed666 under these Terms. bed666 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from account closure.
